Rapture

January 09, 2011-rewritten Jan. 27,2015

Note after note

sends you spinning round

enrapturing my mind,

a voice reaching

for what is most divine.

The rhythm keeps turning,

driving me to scream

with this find.

The notes

do not play fair;

 like children

 with a mind that

will dare to confuse

our delight .

Tunes and tones spinning

in  wind swept hair.

Note after note,

 song after song

 keep me twirling

as cascading rain.

 My heartfelt words

swirl  the drain,

best spare music for the pain.

Melodies  of life line up

to play a tune intensely ours.

You  bring danger near,

with the pitch from existing

 never too clear,

scaring me

 like wind  feared.

 Melodic sounds

turn my wheels,

painting pictures on satin

that you will feel.

 Keeping  your body

 wrapping me tightly

with your strength.

Shelter me from ghostly,

dreaded dreams.

Stay by me into daylight.

What is oozing

from my soul like wine?

Losing control as tears wash

down my pined face,

I breathe out

 floating,  floating, floating.

Come to Me

Come to Me

Lonely hours turn from days to weeks.

Sorrow fills the minutes,  hours.

Come home love, my heart seeks,

your arms,  hold  my happiness.

This is the day to fly with the dove,

longings deep,  set  free, comes a sigh.

Passions are felt, run quickly my love,

showing the power over us, needing to try.

Sitting here, wondering how long the time,

resting my mind, speeding thoughts anew.

This is the moment for my mouth to devour,

our minutes alone are too quick, too few.

Waste no more time in this frivolous travail,

as one we have power never to fall, or fail.

Blind Love

 Blinding wild desire,
bodies ache for ecstasy,
sweet surrender overcomes us,
in a crowd we are alone.

Hearts are pounding,
limbs are shaking,
  let these feelings flow,
with passion's splendor.

We  love upon these waves
of crazed delight,
indifference lost
engulfed in fervent pleasure.

 Fill me with your ardor
shake me with your strength;
make me weep,
begging to begin anew.

Thrill me in your fervor,
make me  quake
engulfed in us,
you alone can take me there.

Deny me nothing, I'll give you all,
my heart, my body, take my soul.
We shiver in the peak of us,
in my totality wanting more.

Desire

Lying here while my head swims,  this cannot be right.

The dreams linger, folding into your arms to fill the lonely corner in my soul long left unclaimed. The sun captures my attention, craving you in languid peace, splendor of the night past brings a beam to my lips. Breathing quickens as you gently take me in with eyes of enchantment, knowing that my entire being is yours to possess, you have captured my essence. Every need before your own, leaving me delighted to please in this song of ecstasy. Wrapped around you, capturing every part; give me all you wish. The heavens smile upon us, as we are released to each other the glow lights the room. Closed to our world, here in this place, alone as one.
